Woman identified as wife of suspected Texas man Killed five people -After midnight Wednesday, authorities said arrests were made, including a 9-year-old boy, for helping to evade capture.
Divimara Lamar Nava, 52, was charged with “fearing fear of a known felon,” a felony, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement on social media. He is being held on a $250,000 bond, jail records show.
Although Nava was identified as the wife of suspect Francisco Oropeza, prison records list her as “not married.”

Oropeza, 38, He was arrested Tuesday around 7pm local time at a home in Cut and Shoot, Texas, following a tip from the public after a four-day manhunt. A search warrant was executed at the home where Oropeza was arrested and several pieces of evidence were recovered, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
Associated Press reported Authorities believe Nava helped hide her husband in the home where he was arrested on Tuesday.
Oropeza was transported and booked into the Montgomery County Jail and charged in connection with the shooting deaths of five people, the San Jacinto County Sheriff’s Office said. He is currently being held in the San Jacinto County Jail, according to jail records. He is being held on a $5 million bond, the sheriff said.
